Recording Inventory

I-record ang actual quantity ng supplies at ingredients sa inventory sheet na nasa tablet. Huwag manghula at huwag kopyahin lang ang previous entry.

1. Open the correct inventory sheet on the tablet.
2. Count or measure the actual item on hand.
3. Enter the quantity in the correct row and date.
4. Double-check that the unit is correct, such as pieces, packs, kilograms, or bottles.
5. Save or submit the entry based on the current sheet process.
6. Repeat the inventory check at the end of the shift.

TANDAAN: Actual count ang ilalagay—not expected count and not yesterday’s count.
