Using the POS

Back to: Mango Queen Store Operations SOP: Basic Crew Training

Bawat order ay kailangang i-enter nang tama sa POS. I-confirm muna ang order bago ito i-finalize.

1. Select the correct item and size.
2. Add the correct options, toppings, quantity, and applicable discount.
3. Read back or confirm the order with the customer.
4. Select the correct payment method.
5. Complete the sale and provide the required receipt.
6. If you entered the wrong item or payment method, call the authorized person. Do not hide or create another transaction to cover the mistake.

TANDAAN: One actual order must match one correct POS transaction.
