Opening Shift Check

Back to: Mango Queen Store Operations SOP: Basic Crew Training

Sa start ng shift, huwag agad maghintay ng order. I-check muna kung ready ang store, supplies, equipment, POS, at delivery devices.

1. Check the work area for cleanliness and safety hazards.
2. Turn on and check the POS tablet and required company devices.
3. Check the internet connection.
4. Check the starting cash and prepare loose coins or small bills.
5. Check the availability of ice, cups, lids, straws, fruits, milk, tapioca pearls, and other required ingredients.
6. Report missing, low-stock, damaged, or spoiled items immediately.

TANDAAN: Opening means confirming that the store can accept and complete orders—not simply turning on the lights.
